Through this Portal, registered users can submit applications, pay required fees, check the status of applications, request building inspections, submit by-law or building complaints, and search property information.

Before submitting an application, please ensure you have all required documents and information available. For division-specific requirements, visit the Town of Aurora's website.

Note: All planning application payments are to be made by cheque to the Planning & Development Services Department.

Please note Portal will be under maintenance on Wednesday, October 28 at 4:30 PM until the morning of Friday, October 30 at 9:00 AM.  Online applications will NOT be available during this time.

Please note:

• A transaction fee of 2.5 percent will be added at checkout.
• Online payments are limited to a maximum of $10,000 per transaction.
